Airlink NYC is looking for Entry Level to Experienced Level applicants that wish to explore our network of opportunities in the transportation industry. Our team services thousands of passengers a day while providing world class customer service

Responsibilities:
Provide world class customer service. Handle inbound and outbound calls. Meet our customers´ expectations with professional, efficient service
Perform Customer Service and Telemarketing activities.
Schedule transportation to and from Airports (JFK, LGA, and EWK).
Provide tour information to potential customers.
Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED required (College a strong plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Flexible Schedule (nights, weekends and holidays). The ability to multitask and handle heavy call volume. Prior phone sales experience is desired. Knowledge of computers and Microsoft software required (Word/Excel/Outlook)
We offer an hourly base salary + commission. Benefit packages are available to all full time employees.
