Q:


How can I find your shared vans at the airport?
 
 
A:

When you arrive to the airport, proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk which is located near Baggage claim. There will be an agent there or next to the desk you will find courtesy telephones, please dial #18 for Airlink. Let the reservation representative know you have arrived and would like to be picked up. He or she will instruct you from this point. Please provide a copy of your voucher to the driver.

if you book a reservation with us in advance, this does not mean a van will be waiting for you at the curb when you arrive. Due to security considerations, airports do not allow us to have vans lined up at the curb waiting for individual travelers. However, we do have vans waiting close by, in a 'holding lot' near the airport. The moment you have your luggage and inform our staff you are ready to go, you will be entered into our system, quickly matched with others going in your direction, and a van will be sent to pick you up promptly.

Q: Where are your pickup and drop off locations?    
A:

GO Airlink New York City provides shared-ride between 20th Street 125th Street. We have a large fleet of vans in service at all times to keep the number of stops on each route at a minimum. GO Airlink NYC provides on time, economical and safe share-ride van transfers, door-to-door in each direction between Manhattan and JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports. We serve hotels, neighborhoods, major transportation terminals and corporate offices with a fleet of modern, comfortable vans operated by a team of professional, trained and courteous drivers who know the City.

In addition to our Shared Ride Vans, we provide Private Vans, Sedan and SUVs that are able to take you to anywhere in the NYC, Connecticut, and Westchester area.

Q: How long is the trip to or from the airport?   
A:

Depending on traffic conditions, travel time varies. In general, we advice to allow 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

Q: How much room is there for luggage?   
A:

The Luggage allowance is two regular suitcases and one carry-on per passenger.

Q: For how long is my ticket valid?   
A:

Tickets are valid for the travel date they were purchased for.

Q: What are the refund policies?   
A:

Should your travel plans change you may cancel a reservation up to 24 hours prior and you will receive a full refund.

Q: What do I do once I have purchased my ticket?   
A:

Once you have finished your online booking, please revise your reservation details. If everything is fine,  print out a copy and bring it with you to give to the driver.

Q: How do I arrange pickup?   
A:

Reservations are required at least 12 hours prior to your departure. Please advice the Go Airlink representative if you already hold a ticket. For Reservations please call 212-812-9000. You can also book your transfer online and take advantage of any online specials.

Q: What happens if my flight arrives late??    
A:

If you are aware of your flight arriving late, please contact us our toll free number 1-877-599-8200 or our direct line 212-812-9000. Otherwise, you can always take the next shuttle available. To find our services at the airport, please proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk which is located near Baggage claim. Next to the desk you will find courtesy telephones, please dial #18 for Airlink. Let the reservation representative know you have arrived and would like to be picked up.

Q: Is my information secure?   
A:

Yes, keeping your personal information and any credit card information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. Any information that is exchanged between your computer and our server during the reservation process is encrypted. A secure server running the latest 128-bit encryption handles all our payment. There is not safer way to order online.
