Should your travel plans change you may cancel a reservation up to 24 hours prior to pickup time and receive a full refund.

In order to process your refund request, please fill up the form below. Our accounting department will review and process your request within 5 business days. Please refrain from calling our office as we do not handle refund requests over the phone.

Please note: YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION PRIOR TO REQUESTING A REFUND. Our accounting department won't process any refund request while the reservation is still active. Additionally, our accounting department cannot and will not cancel reservations! In order to cancel your reservation, please call 212-812-9000.
