Muhammad was there on time and managed to get us to our cruise terminal on time. He was friendly and extremely professional. My friend and I would highly recommend this service company to anyone. The staff member who changed our puckup time was so kind. She made suggestions that kept our trip from being disaster. We booked our plans well in advance, however a hurricane was not on the radar.

Excellent service by Aly! Wonderful conversation, professional all the way. LGA to hotel with ease. Handled Manhattan traffic with ease and made it right to the hotel front door.

I booked this shuttle service as a round trip from JFK T5 to the New York Marriott Marquis. I was quite delighted that my shared sedan booking ended up being a private SUV both trips!

My first driver was Aaron, a delightful ex-taxi driver from Queens. His skillful navigation of the metropolitan area cut an hour out of our commute during evening rush hour. Aaron has a great sense of humor and was waiting for me long before I landed. Even took a quick tour of Flushing Meadows on the way to Midtown. It was a joy to be brought into the city with such a fun experience! And I thank Aaron for safely and quickly getting us around traffic.

While I didn’t catch the name of my second driver, I very much appreciated his punctuality and courtesy. The return to JFK was quick and easy thankfully. In fact, I arrived quite a bit early for my flight thanks to this excellent driver!

Overall, I am pleased with my experience! I’d absolutely recommend GoAirLinkNYC.

I booked at 4am from Times square to JFK and the vehicle came right on time. We picked up a couple at Soho at 4:20 and three of us arrived at JFK T4 for Delta for the couple at 4:55 and 5:05 arrived at T8 for American for me. Everything was perfect. The driver was friendly and courteous and he drove very carefully. The vehicle was clean and seats are comfortable to travel. Thank you for making my trip trouble free.

I needed to make 2 separate one-way transport reservations and didn’t want to do it online so I called Go Airlink Shuttle’s phone number and I was so lucky to get ANGEL – Ext. 939 in Reservations to help me. She was so very accommodating , professional and thorough. I’m so excited I got this one thing out of the way. I haven’t traveled to NYC in many years so wasn’t current but I liked their website presence and I feel so lucky I got ANGEL on the phone. One less thing off my list of things to do and I now I can relax with peace of mind! She even made sure to ask me to check my emails to confirm that I had my confirmation emails. I will definitely recommend Go Airlink Shuttle and will keep them in my phone if I never need to use them again. It was a pure pleasure and in today’s world that is huge!!!

He arrived to the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel where I was picked up at the appropriate time. ZEESHAN personally put my luggages in the car. Zeeshan’s (Tesla) car was clean, and comfortable. We had to wait for the driver for over an hour. We called the company several times, but they didn’t seem to know what was going on and kept telling us the driver should be 30min or 15min. We gave up and were about to switch to bus when the driver arrived.
