I had a training group of 35 people that needed to be shuttled from the airport to the hotel (and back). With a big group and needing multiple shuttles at different times, I was nervous since I haven’t had the best experience with prior- other shuttle services. My group had no problems and they made it to the hotel and airport on the scheduled time. Thank you!

It is my first time taking a Shuttle in NYC. I was pleasantly surprised. The driver was very friendly and polite and we arrived at our hotel within an hour in the crazy NYC traffic! I will book my next trip with you in November.

I recently visited US in July. As soon as I arrived at the JFK airport, I found a desk clerk waiting for me. 5 minutes and we were off to the final destination. Fantastic!!!

Initially had difficulty finding the car, my fault. Called and they were able to quickly assist over the phone and they kindly waited for me to get to pick up point. Clean, comfortable. Will use their service again.

Great experience with the drivers from Go Airlink. We used them for a private van ride (not shared) from LaGuardia airport to a hotel in Lower Manhattan and then back to the airport later at the end of the week. Both drivers were personable, courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again. We had to wait about minutes for the driver to get to the airport, but on the way back they were exactly on time. We really appreciated how clean the vans were on both rides.

It’s ridiculous that they don’t accept gratuity in share ride service. The driver works more than the sedan service.

I prepaid twice and had perfect, courteous service each time! It was faster than they projected from Grand Central to LaGuardia. The pickup is across from the main entrance at Park and 42nd in front of TD bank. I will use them again and recommend! Thank you Charles!

The service to the airport was excellent. Even though there was a small miscommunication with dispatch we arrived to the airport in time and the driver was fun and safe.
