So grateful to have an expert to navigate us through the crazy NYC traffic. They kept track of all the delays flying into and out of the airport and adjusted their schedules so we got where we needed to be in a very timely manner.😃

I had a last minute request for 34 travelers and GO Airlink NYC handled it beautifully. Anna Kozma was especially helpful. She was kind and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Toufik was my driver who picked me up on time at the hotel in NYC today 4/2/26. He got me to JFK early enough to check in and stand in the very long line at security. I felt safe even if New Yorkers are crazy drivers. He maneuvered through the lanes with confidence. He knew his way around like the back of his hands! We also had a good conversation on the way to the airport.
When I was picked up at JFK on 3/28 I was picked up via GO Airlink shuttle and there were 4 stops before I was dropped off at my hotel. I prefer the private sedan going to the airport so I don’t have to worry about the multiple stops. It is more expensive but worth it.

They always have great communication and do really make sure you make it to the airport on time. I’ve used their service a half dozen times and every driver has been very polite and the SUVs are super clean. Every time I call, someone picks up the phone. This is a great company

While we were driving to LaGuardia airport, I got confused regarding the terminal. The driver stayed with us and made sure we got to the correct terminal. Since there is so much construction at the airport, we would have had a difficult navigating the terminal change on our own. He took care of us and I really appreciate that.

Really great service – took loads of stress out of our trip – navigating to and from JFK may have tricky. Both drivers were friendly and got us to where we needed to be, on time and safely. I would definitely use Go Airlink again. Thank you.

The best return home, started with the ground transportation. Just in time Edita was at our hotel in midtown.

I was picked up by Anthony in van 579 from Newark airport on Weds 9th August at 11:30pm. He had a very tricky customer who was annoyed she would not be dropped off first. He gave her several options but she decided to call and complain. Anthony could not have been more helpful and was a fantastic driver. Passengers need to understand that they may be last to be dropped off.

The bus was on time and the driver friendly. The only issue was we had a flat tyre on the way to the airport. However the driver was proactive in getting the tyre changed as oppose to waiting for a replacement (which by the way after 30 mins was yet to arrive!). The only downside was it sounded like the driver was being reprimanded by his bosses for doing what was right for the customers. Many of us had international flights to catch and if it wasn’t for his quick thinking we would have undoubtedly missed our flights. Thank you to the driver ( I didn’t get his name). You should have more drivers like him and reward quick thinking and not berate your drivers for being proactive in an emergency! I’d like to commend him for his quick thinking. Thank you

We were in NYC the week between last July and August for holiday. It was hot and when we arrived we were very tired after flights from Italy. We appreciated a lot the kindness of driver, the right temperature in the van (not very cold by air conditioning as usual in US !) and the route JFK-Manhattan. The same for our way back where instead we are tired after days of walking and walking to visit a lot of attractions and much more in this very beautiful city.

We hope to come back soon and then we will call you again.

Very convenient and affordable service! It was my first time ever in NY so I had no idea this existed. The hotel recommended it and it turned out great! Picked me up from Newark and then took me to La Guardia on my return. I didn’t have cash to tip the drivers with, and I so wish I did.
