Our group had a great experience with the driver who picked us up from EWR to our hotel. She was on time, professional, and very courteous. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and she made sure everyone in our group felt taken care of. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!

Our driver Hubert was fantastic! Not only did he entertain our group of 3 but he answered every question, gave great advice and changed our route to accommodate going through a tunnel. Pleasantly surprised to have a private vehicle. Our driver was informative and shared some stories about living in NYC. We arrived at our hotel in a timely manner and in comfort.

Once we found our black sedan amoung all the other black sedans that were at the airport all went well. Made it to our hotel with the driver giving us a little bit of tour on the way. We even had the same driver back to the airport after our vacation. Defently would use the service again.

I had a wonderful experience with this Company for my trip from La Guardia to Manhattan. On arriving at the Welcome Centre, I called their number, my driver Bebo was waiting in the parking garage and found me in a couple of minutes. He let my friend know I was safe with him and around 25 minutes later, I was dropped at my friend’s house. I can’t recommend this Company highly enough. All in all, a wonderful and enjoyable shuttle ride😊

I had a heavy luggage & had a hard time moving. Ask a driver to come to me where one block down from where I supposed to meet the driver. I felt god sent me the driver.

I had an excellent experience with GO airline from Manhattan to LaGuardia last week. The booking process was quick and easy. I booked a ride on the GO AIRLINK Shuttle but they upgraded me to a private ride to the airport at no extra charge. I had a wonderful driver named Nasritdinov. From start to finish it was a great experience..

Hi Debbie, my first experience- 30.9.2024 pickup at LGA airport NY for shared ride to Manhattan – was unfortunately not good, I had to wait almost 1 hrs, after some phonecall the driver finally arrived ( with other passengers on board). Driver was reluctant to tell me what had happened. My transport on 5.10. from Manhattan to JFK airport was perfect ( thanks for the upgrade), driver Toufik was very friendly and sympathetic. We got a text 15 min before we arrived that our shuttle ride was waiting on us. The shuttle was available I guess so they upgraded us to a private car. We were giving car license no. & color. No problems
