I was upgraded to a private car Share ride because the van was unavailable. The driver was professional, courteous and on time. I could not have been happier!

I always use GO Airlink when I fly into NYC. It’s affordable, convenient, and easy. Sometimes if the shared van isn’t available, they’ve upgraded me to a private ride and they’re really nice about it. The drivers are super professional, and the vehicles are generally really nice. Seriously can’t understand why more people don’t use this.

Our driver Mabud texted, called and then came into our lobby when we didn’t respond immediately. AirLink sent a private car instead of a shuttle some we were likely the only ones departing so early. We had read some of reviews, but this was our best choice. Highly recommend.

We had two great drivers to and from the airport to our destination. During casual conversation with our first driver we discovered that he was from Edenton N.C. where my sister taught music in the early 60’s. He was very friendly and helpful and a great driver. Our second driver was very good also and assured us that our arrival to airport would be early rather than late. Roads were closed and alternate routes had to be taken. He was very professional and courteous. We do appreciate the private car upgrade at no cost. You met your end of the contract which was to get us to airport and gave us an upgrade to met that obligation. Excellent Service !

While we had a very slow start with our experience with the company, everyone that I talked to about this situation, was so helpful and friendly. It was resolved and a refund was issued within a few days. No one ever treated me with anything but respect.

Our return trip to the airport was beyond great. I will recommend this company and use them next time I am in NYC.

In March I booked return flight from Albuquerque NM to JFK. My JetBlue flight scheduled to leave 11:59pm reaching NY 6:59 am was canceled until 4:30pm the following day. Go Airlink kept track of all changes. When I arrived that night, they’d sent a private car to pick me up. This service did not

cost me a dime more. I was able to make my commuter train at GCT and safely reach home that night. This was exceptional service by GoAirlink and I will use them again and again.

First time in New York and used their service from LGA. They called me as soon as I landed and were waiting as I walked out of the terminal. Their driver was friendly, professional and fun. I was in out hotel lobby on Broad way 20 minutes later. Stress free service. Enthusiastically recommend.
