Impeccable service! The team was waiting for me at the airport, and I received messages on my phone with my driver’s name and the car’s schedule. I highly recommend this service. I’m already planning my next trip!
Great service. Upgraded to Sedan. Clean car. On time. Delivered to destination without problem. I have previously used Airlink and will use it again.

I was in a bind about how best to get myself and my luggage from NYC to Newark airport for a trip abroad. (I’m 83)
My regular limousine service had raised it’s price considerably.
I looked for a shuttle service.
One I had used years ago was out of business, so, I took a chance with GO Airlink NYC.
I even took a chance on reserving the return trip when arriving at 5AM!!
I was astounded and overjoyed at how great it was!
There was no problem at all either way. On the contrary, the service was de luxe with amazing cars and drivers ON TIME!

I mistakenly entered my phone number, and the driver not only emailed me when he couldn’t get ahold of me, he went inside my hotel to speak to the reception desk so he could get the correct phone number. Very grateful that he took that extra step to make sure I got to the airport on time.
Helpful staff who actually answer the phone.
While I appreciated the upgrade from Shuttle service to a private car, the driver was late for my pickup. Normally that would not be an issue, however waiting out in the 13 degree cold temperature for 30minutes was not a pleasant experience. The pickup location was also not a good option as they would not allow me to wait inside and there was no where for me to go but stand in front of the building in the cold.
Once the driver came it was all good. He was apologetic and very pleasant. He did his best to get me to my destination on time.
Had it not been for the delay and waiting out in the cold, I would have given 5 stars. May suggest adding in front of port authority as a pickup location.
I ordered a shuttle ride to JFK but was pleasantly surprised when a car picked me up instead. The driver was early, polite & helpful, the ride smooth. I recommend Go Airlink to friends & family.
