Our driver Sammi was very patient and helpful and navigated well to our location. We booked through Delta vacations and Sammi was not given my cellphone number to contact me, so it would be helpful in the future to share that information with both the traveler and the driver in advance!

I booked this car service for travel from JFK to a Manhattan hotel. This was my first time using this service and it was a positive, stress-free experience. Greeter @ JFK to guide me to car pickup area. Prompt pickup in clean, well-maintained car. Timely texts prior to and day of travel to confirm pickup and flight arrival and to identify greeter and driver. Well done.

Highly recommended. We were a group of 8 and this was the only way to get our party transported to and from the airport to hotel together. The drivers are very helpful with loading luggage. I will definitely use again.

Andrea from Argentina was my driver. I couldn’t tell you what an incredibly good driver Andrea was and an excellent communicator. Andrea was ready with a smile to help me with the luggage, and had a great way of making people at ease regarding their travel plans. I wish every time I need a ride it would be Andrea. She is an asset to this company. I was really impressed with her service. I wish Andrea all the best in all areas of her life.

I used the shuttle on Friday for a six o’clock flight, and through a comedy of errors, and incorrect paperwork I ended up at JFK. I was supposed to to Laguardia. Now the driver could have just told me take a cab, but instead, he took me to Laguardia. Took us a hour and half to get there. And I know he had a 2 and half hour drive home. This man went beyond the extra mile to help me out. I would gladly use this service again, with such awesome employees. I also called in and spoke to a manger to let them know how much I appreciated all the extra effort the driver went to help someone out.

Reliability is questionable. The ride from JFK to Grand Central station was fine. The return trip was stressful. The driver was nowhere to be found at our pickup time and place. We had to call the company where dispatch had to track him down. He did show up 10 minutes late. We were traveling to the airport. Timing is a crucial element with that. Travel is stressful enough. I don’t plan to use this service again.

On a recent vacation to NYC we used Go Airlink for transportation from Newark to Times Square and on our departure from Times Square to LaGuardia, We were a group of three adults including one disabled and two children ages nine and fifteen. Booking was simple and easy to do online. Both drivers were prompt, polite, friendly, informative and loaded all of our luggage for us. I highly recommend this company.
