“Go Airlink provides great personalized service. When making an online reservation, someone is always available to chat and answer questions. On the trip to the airport, the shuttle can be viewed real time on your phone as the shuttle approaches the pick-up point so you don’t have to worry where it is. My driver called me to see where I was and as he was a block away, he picked me up as I got off the bus from NY and picked me up saving me a four-block walk with my luggage. “I had the pleasure of using Go Airlink from Manhattan to Newark Airport on a Sat. afternoon. In the morning of my departure I received an e-mail confirming my reservation for the shared van. A few hours later, a call letting me know an up to date time. A bit later since I was the last pic up. The van arrived promptly and my luggage was placed on the van. Only 5 of us in total. Plenty of room, comfortable and a friendly driver.
We arrived at Newark Airport head of schedule smoothly. Door to door service for only a few dollars more than the train from EWR to Penn and then a subway. Plus we’d be lugging all our bags.

“My recent experience with GO Airlink NYC was terrific. It is a challenge to find reasonably priced and reliable transportation to NY airports but GO Airlink delivered both. The van arrived at my door in downtown Manhattan on time and the driver was pleasant and professional. He took care of loading my suitcase into the van and made sure I was comfortably seated.
