I’ve used GO Airline several times to/from Newark Airport. My rides have been on time, with clean vehicles and very nice drivers. When a shuttle was not available, I was upgraded to a private car. I would definitely recommend them!
Our driver from the airport to our hotel was wonderful. He was a very courteous and careful driver. Our driver from the hotel to the airport was also wonderful. We tipped them both, even though we when booked them through the hotel (Westin), we were told that the fee included a tip. They both desired another tip!
Very pleased with my recent ride with Go Airlink shuttle. Driver got stuck in traffic, but we still made it on time to the airport. I will use them again on my next trip to NYC.
Driver being proactive asked to come 30 mn early for my pick-up to avoid slow traffic. Very good driver, polite, clean Mini-van. Will continue to book with Go Airlink and recommended it to friends and family,
LaGuardia to Manhattan
I have used Go Air Link several times in the past. While the service has never failed me in terms of getting me to the airport on time, it’s the return trips that could use some improvement. Having to wait for a ride (30 minutes or more)after a very exhausting plane ride is not exactly an ideal way to end a trip. All else considered, it still would be the better and more cost efficient way to get to and from the airport.

We had a private vehicle instead of a shuttle cause they had a problem, very good reactivity!
Was very pleased that car transportation was provided when the shuttle, which I had reserved and paid for, was overbooked. Great service.
Excellent way to travel to your destination in the NYC area.
Our experience was not good. We had a shared ride to Manhattan from LaGuardia airport. Our driver was late because he was at terminal C getting 2 people and we were to be picked up at terminal B. There were four of us in the sedan with suitcases. The people riding with us were very nice and the driver was nice. I felt sorry for our driver because he dropped the first two people off at a Hotel in a different part of Manhattan than our hotel in lower Manhattan, we were in the cab for almost one and a half hours. I felt sorry for the cab driver because of the two different locations that he had to drop us and the other people off. The Sedan was clean and the driver was good. It was just not a good experience for us being in the car for so long trying to get to our destination.
