I always use GO Airlink NYC. They are reliable and efficient and very reasonable. My driver Wing was fabulous.

I enjoyed excellent, roundtrip transportation with GO Airlink. My flight to LaGuardia was delayed 3 hours, but a driver was dispatched promptly to pick me up and take me to my hotel—I think his name was Ray. Today, Victor picked me up for the trip back to the airport in a spacious, immaculate Mercedes Benz van (Ray’s van was UBER clean, too). On both rides, the drivers assisted me with my luggage and drove expertly—such a pleasure not to have terror-filled experiences. I had lots of questions about how the service worked that were responded to promptly via email. Finally, the “dispatchers” I spoke with on both legs of my trip were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will book with GO Airlink on future trips without hesitation!! I wish I’d known about this service years ago!

Good experience with Airlink NYC for both my airport transfers. They picked me up at LaGuardia and took me to my hotel in Times Square, and also provided the return trip back to the airport. Both rides were on time, efficient, and stress-free. The drivers were professional and drove safely and smoothly, which made the experience even better. Everything ran as scheduled with no issues. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it for reliable airport transportation in New York City

The personnel from MySedan were highly accommodating, and very welcoming to the city. The driver was safe and the car was very comfortable.

Great service! I tried Go Airlink Shuttle for the first time to and from JFK for my trip to NY and they were professional, on time, extremely affordable and friendly. I will only use them in the future. When I ordered a shared ride one was not available that morning so they gave me a free upgrade to a private car! Highly recommend this company!

The Go Airlink service was fantastic! The entire experience from arrival to departure from NYC was great! The driver called as the plane landed to confirm pickup point, the vehicle was beautiful and clean, the driver was personable, friendly and demonstrated expert driving skills. The driver called to confirm my 6:05 am pickup to return to JFK at 5:40am and said to call when I was ready. The service was excellent. Thank you.

Ordered a pick up from Midtown Manhattan and the bus arrived on time. The driver was polite and I felt safe throughout the trip back to Newark Airport. I was apprehensive as I had booked it before I saw the negative reviews and turns out I had nothing to worry about. We did have 2 further pick ups after us all within a few blocks, however due to heavy traffic it meant the journey time was longer than I was expecting but we were dropped off with plenty of time to catch our flight home.

Please give this company a chance, yes there are negative reviews but based upon my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them.

Used the shared shuttle before, but this time we got picked up both way – EWR to Manhattan then return to EWR by sedans – really good transfers, didn’t give it five stars because first driver was 25 minutes or so late picking us up.

I would certainly use again the next time I go to NYC 👍

I’ve used GO Airline several times to/from Newark Airport. My rides have been on time, with clean vehicles and very nice drivers. When a shuttle was not available, I was upgraded to a private car. I would definitely recommend them!

Our driver from the airport to our hotel was wonderful. He was a very courteous and careful driver. Our driver from the hotel to the airport was also wonderful. We tipped them both, even though we when booked them through the hotel (Westin), we were told that the fee included a tip. They both desired another tip!
