Our experience was not good. We had a shared ride to Manhattan from LaGuardia airport. Our driver was late because he was at terminal C getting 2 people and we were to be picked up at terminal B. There were four of us in the sedan with suitcases. The people riding with us were very nice and the driver was nice. I felt sorry for our driver because he dropped the first two people off at a Hotel in a different part of Manhattan than our hotel in lower Manhattan, we were in the cab for almost one and a half hours. I felt sorry for the cab driver because of the two different locations that he had to drop us and the other people off. The Sedan was clean and the driver was good. It was just not a good experience for us being in the car for so long trying to get to our destination.
Once I arrived, the airport was unfamiliar to me. After some communication we finally connected for my p/u. I was impressed with my “private” car! I really needed a cup of coffee and since we were stuck in traffic, Ali, my driver bought me a cup. Thank you Ali, for the great ride.
The shuttle was not available but they sent a private car for me which I highly appreciated !
This was our first trip to New York. Booked online and the pick up and drop off process went smoothly. Communicated exactly when the driver will be arriving at our location, name of the driver, car model, color and license plate. Car was clean and driver MD Azmol was very professional, friendly and felt safe with his driving skills after witnessing how New York drivers drive! I definitely would recommend this company.
Very easy and simple to be picked up. It was my first time using Go Airlink and my first time in NYC. I didn’t have to wait long for my ride to pick me up from the airport.
Very accommodating last min. Offred an upgrade when driver wasn’t available. Highly recommend this company. Will be using them again soon.
My private ride was an unexpected delight! I only chose the share ride bc it’s the cheapest. The whole process from start to finish was very convenient and easy. Driver was on time and professional.
Our pickup from Newark took the stress out of arriving to NYC. The driver kept in touch and was there waiting after a particularly long period for us to get through passport control. Would use again if visiting again.
I booked a return trip via Airlink, easy to use Web page, first ride was from JFK airport to hotel, I confirmed I landed and they sent a car and not the shared bus ride. They upgraded me with no extra charge. Driver was pleasent and chatted. He did take calls, I believe maybe work related and did not impead on the experience. Felt safe, driver got me there in good time.
Return journey – from Springhill Suites to JFK, different driver than I was expecting, very chatty, courteous and made the ride back to the airport enjoyable. Driver let me ride up front, one other family were picked up after me. Driver got us to the airport in plenty of time, felt safe, sorry didn’t catch his name or phone number. Would definitely use again.
