I had an injury so needed an easy way to get from Manhattan to the JFK terminal. I booked a shuttle from Grand Central. It turns out, that I was the only passenger traveling at that time, so I ended up with a private car to the airport! The driver was lovely and helped me with my crutches. It really changed my thinking of ways to get to the airport and will definitely use GO Airlink for my next flight in a few months
My trip from Newark to Manhattan was simple and relatively inexpensive. Booking was easy and the vehicle was clean. Highly recommend!!
Great service! I tried Go Airlink Shuttle for the first time to and from JFK for my trip to NY and they were professional, on time, extremely affordable and friendly. I will only use them in the future. When I ordered a shared ride one was not available that morning so they gave me a free upgrade to a private car! Highly recommend this company!
The Go Airlink service was fantastic! The entire experience from arrival to departure from NYC was great! The driver called as the plane landed to confirm pickup point, the vehicle was beautiful and clean, the driver was personable, friendly and demonstrated expert driving skills. The driver called to confirm my 6:05 am pickup to return to JFK at 5:40am and said to call when I was ready. The service was excellent. Thank you.
Ordered a pick up from Midtown Manhattan and the bus arrived on time. The driver was polite and I felt safe throughout the trip back to Newark Airport. I was apprehensive as I had booked it before I saw the negative reviews and turns out I had nothing to worry about. We did have 2 further pick ups after us all within a few blocks, however due to heavy traffic it meant the journey time was longer than I was expecting but we were dropped off with plenty of time to catch our flight home.
Please give this company a chance, yes there are negative reviews but based upon my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them.
Used the shared shuttle before, but this time we got picked up both way – EWR to Manhattan then return to EWR by sedans – really good transfers, didn’t give it five stars because first driver was 25 minutes or so late picking us up.
I would certainly use again the next time I go to NYC 👍
