Our pickup from Newark took the stress out of arriving to NYC. The driver kept in touch and was there waiting after a particularly long period for us to get through passport control. Would use again if visiting again.

I booked a return trip via Airlink, easy to use Web page, first ride was from JFK airport to hotel, I confirmed I landed and they sent a car and not the shared bus ride. They upgraded me with no extra charge. Driver was pleasent and chatted. He did take calls, I believe maybe work related and did not impead on the experience. Felt safe, driver got me there in good time.

Return journey – from Springhill Suites to JFK, different driver than I was expecting, very chatty, courteous and made the ride back to the airport enjoyable. Driver let me ride up front, one other family were picked up after me. Driver got us to the airport in plenty of time, felt safe, sorry didn’t catch his name or phone number. Would definitely use again.

Recently my husband and I used Go Airlink services from Newark Airport to Manhatten. On arrival our driver gave us clear directions where to meet him and was there for us even though our flight had been delayed. On our return trip we were met at our hotel and again was well informed by the driver on his arrival time. As first time users of this service we were very pleased by the ease of contact and the efficiency of the drivers. We will definitely use Go Air link again and recommend others to as well.

We were dropped at the wrong Hotel in NYC

Pleasantly surprised to have a private vehicle. Our driver was informative and shared some stories about living in NYC. We arrived at our hotel in a timely manner and in comfort.

My drivers were polite and professional. They were helpful with instructions, and I appreciated that they waited while I was running late.

Once we found our black sedan amoung all the other black sedans that were at the airport all went well. Made it to our hotel with the driver giving us a little bit of tour on the way. We even had the same driver back to the airport after our vacation. Defently would use the service again.

Costumer service was great. They were always in contact with me and on time. I will recommend this service to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience with this Company for my trip from La Guardia to Manhattan. On arriving at the Welcome Centre, I called their number, my driver Bebo was waiting in the parking garage and found me in a couple of minutes. He let my friend know I was safe with him and around 25 minutes later, I was dropped at my friend’s house. I can’t recommend this Company highly enough. All in all, a wonderful and enjoyable shuttle ride😊
