My private drive Sedan with Mohammed was excellent. He came half an hour before the pickup hour. He kindly waited for me. He helped loading my luggage in the car and installed me comfortably as I was using crutches. He made sure to get me to the airport safely, comfortably and in relax and respectful environment. He had an incoming phone call. He kindly and respectfully asked me the permission to pick up the phone. I said yes of course. He picked up the phone call and made the conversation quick with a low voice. Then he thanked me. He got me on time for my flight. He helped me to leave the car and took out my luggage and wished me a wonderful trip before leaving. He was very respectful and care for my comfort and need during the trip to the airport. He said to me : I am his boss. Therefore, he had to treat me very well..what a pleasant trip and what a wonderful very professional driver. Thumbs up to Mohammed

MySedan was booked as part of a Costco trip package.

Pick up & returns were on time with immaculate cars (Chevy suburban, room for family & luggage), and polite, skilled drivers. Would definitely use them again!

So grateful to have an expert to navigate us through the crazy NYC traffic. They kept track of all the delays flying into and out of the airport and adjusted their schedules so we got where we needed to be in a very timely manner.😃

Hi Debbie, my first experience- 30.9.2024 pickup at LGA airport NY for shared ride to Manhattan – was unfortunately not good, I had to wait almost 1 hrs, after some phonecall the driver finally arrived ( with other passengers on board). Driver was reluctant to tell me what had happened. My transport on 5.10. from Manhattan to JFK airport was perfect ( thanks for the upgrade), driver Toufik was very friendly and sympathetic. We got a text 15 min before we arrived that our shuttle ride was waiting on us. The shuttle was available I guess so they upgraded us to a private car. We were giving car license no. & color. No problems

For our second ride, on Oct. 3rd, we thought the driver was driving too fast. Over 45mi/hr. downtown NYC on 7th Ave. and over 80mi/hr. on the interstate. We were afraid we were going to have an accident. However he was on time by only 10 min. after the time we thought we were going to get picked up.

We waited for 45 min. for our first air link ride on Sept. 29, 2024. We thought that was too long for when our plane landed. And our plane was on time.

I used this service from Newark airport to downtown Manhatten. The price was very reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised as we had booked a shuttle but ended up with a private ride. Our driver Mohammad was waiting for us as promised and was very pleasant. He even went the extra mile and arranged to meet up with me later in the day to return the jacket I had left in his vehicle in the morning. I would definitely recommend this service and this driver to anyone looking for transportation from the airport.
