Kris was amazing! He made sure to keep in contact with us until he was there to pick us up. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for us and our luggage. He quickly became a great tour guide too! He gave us plenty of tips and advice for our stay. He even made sure he was the one to pick us up, so the leave was just as smooth and accommodating. He deserves more than 5 stars!!

This was the first time we used this service and won’t travel again without it. There was a representative waiting for us in the airport lobby to make sure we got to our ride. The whole experience made traveling so much easier!

For our second ride, on Oct. 3rd, we thought the driver was driving too fast. Over 45mi/hr. downtown NYC on 7th Ave. and over 80mi/hr. on the interstate. We were afraid we were going to have an accident. However he was on time by only 10 min. after the time we thought we were going to get picked up.

We waited for 45 min. for our first air link ride on Sept. 29, 2024. We thought that was too long for when our plane landed. And our plane was on time.

I used this service from Newark airport to downtown Manhatten. The price was very reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised as we had booked a shuttle but ended up with a private ride. Our driver Mohammad was waiting for us as promised and was very pleasant. He even went the extra mile and arranged to meet up with me later in the day to return the jacket I had left in his vehicle in the morning. I would definitely recommend this service and this driver to anyone looking for transportation from the airport.
