This company was great while visiting NYC. Our flight was delayed and they were easy to work with on rescheduling our arrival pick up. Communicate communicated well very nice vehicles and we’re always on time. I would 100% use them again.

Hi Debbie, my first experience- 30.9.2024 pickup at LGA airport NY for shared ride to Manhattan – was unfortunately not good, I had to wait almost 1 hrs, after some phonecall the driver finally arrived ( with other passengers on board). Driver was reluctant to tell me what had happened. My transport on 5.10. from Manhattan to JFK airport was perfect ( thanks for the upgrade), driver Toufik was very friendly and sympathetic. We got a text 15 min before we arrived that our shuttle ride was waiting on us. The shuttle was available I guess so they upgraded us to a private car. We were giving car license no. & color. No problems

For our second ride, on Oct. 3rd, we thought the driver was driving too fast. Over 45mi/hr. downtown NYC on 7th Ave. and over 80mi/hr. on the interstate. We were afraid we were going to have an accident. However he was on time by only 10 min. after the time we thought we were going to get picked up.
