Go Airlink was great for my group! We were a group of 25 traveling from JFK into Manhattan and they accommodated us perfectly with two 13 passenger vans. Reasonably priced, vans were clean and spacious, and arrived early for both pickups we had. Highly recommended.

They have constant clear communication with you. The Tesla that picked us up from airport was a little tight for the three of us but the driver was very nice. From the hotel back to the airport they sent a Chevy Suburban that was obviously much more comfortable and also a very nice driver.

Great service. We had to divert due ti weather and had a delay of a few hours. Our driver waited at the airport until we got there. We were grateful for his patience.

They were very patient after 3 hour delay. Clean truck.
On our way back the dispatchers were not aware of a marathon, thankfully our driver was precautious and arrived 1 hour early for our pick up.

The young man who picked us up to take us to the airport was FABULOUS! He really knew how to navigate the roads to get us to LGA in record time. I truly appreciated his punctuality, (unlike the man who was supposed to pick us up at the airport last Thursday), and I am thankful for his help and professionalism.

We got a text 15 min before we arrived that our shuttle ride was waiting on us. The shuttle was available I guess so they upgraded us to a private car. We were giving car license no. & color. No problems

For our second ride, on Oct. 3rd, we thought the driver was driving too fast. Over 45mi/hr. downtown NYC on 7th Ave. and over 80mi/hr. on the interstate. We were afraid we were going to have an accident. However he was on time by only 10 min. after the time we thought we were going to get picked up.

We waited for 45 min. for our first air link ride on Sept. 29, 2024. We thought that was too long for when our plane landed. And our plane was on time.

I used this service from Newark airport to downtown Manhatten. The price was very reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised as we had booked a shuttle but ended up with a private ride. Our driver Mohammad was waiting for us as promised and was very pleasant. He even went the extra mile and arranged to meet up with me later in the day to return the jacket I had left in his vehicle in the morning. I would definitely recommend this service and this driver to anyone looking for transportation from the airport.
