I called and scheduled a multi passenger shuttle to take me from Manhattan to Newark airport during one of the busiest weeks of the UN General assembly in Manhattan. They called and told me because of the traffic in Midtown that they would be upgrading me to a sedan. I was thrilled, but even more thrilled when I saw my upgrade! They sent a Tesla X with batwing doors to whisk me away to Newark airport. What a fun surprise! Great ride, amazing driver! Sweet and to my time in New York! Thank you, Airlink shuttle!

We booked the roundtrip from/to La Guardia Airport. Our arrival driver, Toufik, was very nice and professional. He pointed out many sights along the way, slowed down so I could take a picture, and gave us suggestions on places to visit during our stay. Our departure driver, Anthony, was courteous and professional. Our only concern was upon entering the van, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke which was a little off-putting, especially early in the morning. Other than that, he got us and the passengers safely and quickly to the airport. I will definitely book again next time we visit the city.

I booked a shared transfer to airport as i always do. The van wasnt available and i received a free upgrade. SUV was clean and driver was friendly and professional ! Will definitely book again.
