Excellent communication, service and value. I have used the shuttle several times in the last month. My most recent trip arranged by Ravi & driven by Zeeshan was absolutely outstanding in every respect. Highly recommended!
ZEESHAN, provided me with “Excellent” car shuttle service.
He arrived to the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel where I was picked up at the appropriate time. ZEESHAN personally put my luggages in the car. Zeeshan’s (Tesla) car was clean, and comfortable. He was professional, courteous, respectful, friendly and drove me safely to JFK International Airport in a very reasonable timeframe. Thank you “

We had to wait for the driver for over an hour. We called the company several times, but they didn’t seem to know what was going on and kept telling us the driver should be 30min or 15min. We gave up and were about to switch to bus when the driver arrived.
Excellent service from booking to being available and contactable for changes and confirming updates immediately by email, turning up early and being very helpful. Immaculate vehicle and super comfortable seats all our bags fit in the gigantic boot, very happy
My flight was delayed 4 hours and I was afraid that I wouldn’t still have a shuttle since I paid for a shared ride. I contacted the company and they assured me that I would still be taken care of since they were notified of my delayed flight. When my flight was finished they texted me to tell me where to wait and after a short while I was picked up. My driver was Sofia. She was awesome.
I had a positive experience with goairlink. When I arrived I wasnt sure exactly where to go as I had not been to jfk. I was confused by a message I received upon arrival at jfk. I called the service and they answered quickly and directed me to where I believed I needed to be. I was told a driver would come and retrieve me. Within 10 minutes I received a call from the driver and I was on my way to my hotel. I would definitely use this service again, it was cost effective and I appreciate having a real person to talk to when there are questions or concerns.

GO Airlink is a wonderful service! They are well organized, reliable, very affordable, and very professional. I highly recommend them for transportation to and from NYC airports! The drivers are courteous, and their website makes it easy to schedule a ride.
I had booked shared shuttle ride from JFK. For some reason the shuttle was not available, but I got free upgrade to private vechicle.
The communication with the driver was very easy through the web app, the driver was on time and the journey was good.
