Riche and my driver were very concerning, professional, and courteous. I felt safe and important. I arrived at my destination in a matter of minutes and the social environment between the 3 of felt more like we were old friends and as a tourist, I appreciated feeling welcomed!

Our greeter text us when we landed and told me she would meet us at baggage claim. She was right there with a sign and told us our driver would be there soon. After a little wait she walked us outside to the pick up spot that our driver pulled into. The driver to Manhattan was longer than I thought it would be but not too bad, just a little over an hour.

Our driver was courteous, his car was clean and in good condition. He got us to our hotel and unloaded in no time.

Fantastic service with My Sedan from Newark airport and back for a long weekend in NYC. Nice cars and friendly drivers, good communication via their texts/app. Would absolutely use this service again!

While we had a very slow start with our experience with the company, everyone that I talked to about this situation, was so helpful and friendly. It was resolved and a refund was issued within a few days. No one ever treated me with anything but respect.

Our return trip to the airport was beyond great. I will recommend this company and use them next time I am in NYC.

In March I booked return flight from Albuquerque NM to JFK. My JetBlue flight scheduled to leave 11:59pm reaching NY 6:59 am was canceled until 4:30pm the following day. Go Airlink kept track of all changes. When I arrived that night, they’d sent a private car to pick me up. This service did not

cost me a dime more. I was able to make my commuter train at GCT and safely reach home that night. This was exceptional service by GoAirlink and I will use them again and again.

First time in New York and used their service from LGA. They called me as soon as I landed and were waiting as I walked out of the terminal. Their driver was friendly, professional and fun. I was in out hotel lobby on Broad way 20 minutes later. Stress free service. Enthusiastically recommend.

I booked a shared ride and got a free upgrade to a private SUV that I shared with 2 other passengers. The ride was smooth and the driver was kind enough to show me all the great landmarks as we made our way to Grand Central. Highly recommend.
