Great experience using My SEDAN. This is second time I've used them and both have been good experiences from the airport pickup and hotel pickup. I would definitely use them again!

Glad I got the private service. Took us directly to our accommodations. Glad not to drive in NYC. Our driver was friendly and got to our destination in good time. Would use them again and would recommend them over some other sedan/car services.

My whole experience was great from when they reminded me of my ride the day before and then the morning before the driver came. The app showed the location and information about the driver and vehicle. Abul the driver was great and pleasant. Everything was positive.

I booked a shared ride but got upgraded to a private one today. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and the driver (Lahcen #427) was calm & skillful in driving in Manhattan. Very pleased with the experience.

Picking up from the airport, we got a free upgrade to a private sedan and had an excellent driver who communicated well, was friendly and personable.

Picking up from the hotel, the pick-up service was on-time, however the shuttle didn’t have the company name on the outside of the van and there were several pick-ups and we almost missed out flight. For this reason, we probably won’t use the shuttle service again.
