Excellent service from booking until we were dropped off. Very good driver Vadim even brought my phone back to the hotel when he saw I left it in the van. Looking forward to using their service again on the way back to the airport. We are a group of 10 and this was the perfect transportation from Newark airport to Times Square. I decided to used this company after my son used them for a trip over the Christmas holiday and also had a very good experience.
Glad I got the private service. Took us directly to our accommodations. Glad not to drive in NYC. Our driver was friendly and got to our destination in good time. Would use them again and would recommend them over some other sedan/car services.

Great service on my recent trip to New York. We got a free upgrade to a private sedan and had an excellent driver who made sure we avoided traffic. The driver also arrived early for pick up so there was no waiting around. Highly recommend.

Easy to find and book online (NYC to JFK) but when I got no confirm email I easily spoke to a human being!(which I prefer when I have service questions) It may have been my fault I didn’t get the confirm email as I failed to put in my flight number..however after speaking to the woman I was sent the confirm email (and I had a confirm number so she could find easily that I had paid ). Next step- the day of. The driver texted me exactly where he was, the vehicle and license plate- super helpful..and was very pleasant and positive and also punctual! (all in the early morning..we left 15 minutes early which got me there earlier because I too was upgraded to a private SUV, very clean nice vehicle). Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone wanting a GREAT service to the airport.

Great service. Like many others mention a shared shuttle was not available so I was upgraded to a private sedan at no extra charge. Highly recommend this service.

I used Go Airlink NYC for the hotel transfer to JFK and I got an upgrade. I paid for a shared transfer but, as there were no other passengers for that day at that time, they sent me a private driver for the same price!!! And he had a full electric Tesla car…all to me.

Thank you very much to the Go Airlink NYC team because they are effective and kind. I recommend it, it’s simple and cheap.

Go Airlink did a great job getting me from LaGuardia Airport to Grand Central Terminal. Once I landed at the airport I made my way to the welcome center to call them . The dispatcher said someone would at the pickup point in 15 minutes. What I didn’t know is that the van service wasn’t available so they sent a private vehicle ( free upgrade) to pick me up. The driver Muostafa was excellent and very friendly .Great job Go Airlink . I will be using your service again in the near future.

My flight to JFK was delayed. I had booked a shared shuttle and was concerned about missing my ride. I got an upgrade to a private car as the shared shuttle wasn’t available. The helpful customer service rep confirmed that there was no extra charge.

What a pleasant surprise! The driver Oli was such a skillful and patient driver navigating the drive to Manhattan during rush hour.

I will definitely be using Go Airlink again!
