Wonderful service! Safe & comfortable ride! Our first driver, Jennifer was so nice and welcoming, second driver, Tran so concerned about our safety! Great people, easy to book and took the worry about getting to and from the airport (or anywhere else for that matter.)

Our experience with My Sedan as our transfer service from JFK to our hotel in Times Square was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, Rohan warmly greeted us at baggage claim and seamlessly coordinated our transfer with Chris, who was professional, courteous, and made us feel immediately at ease.

For our departure, M Ahmad provided the same level of outstanding service—punctual, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Both drivers were incredibly helpful and hospitable, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey each way.

Highly recommend My Sedan for anyone looking for reliable, top-tier transportation in New York City!

Experience completely positive. Driver, Juan Rodrigues, was excellent in very heavy traffic, and go me to the door of the hotel. On the return trip, the van arrived at the hotel exactly when requested, leaving ample time for security at the airport. The advantage of a shared van is that you get to see how and where other New Yorkers live as other passengers are dropped off. This is my second experience with Go Airlink, both very positive.

Great service. Safe, friendly and on time ride from Newark Airport to NY and back. Besides, I contacted the company to have an earlier lift on my return and Go Airlink arranged everything quickly and in a professional manner. They also call me on the phone to excuse and inform me when there was a slight delay due to heavy traffic in the NY streets. Both shuttle drivers were helpful, nice & pro. Highly recommended company.

While we were driving to LaGuardia airport, I got confused regarding the terminal. The driver stayed with us and made sure we got to the correct terminal. Since there is so much construction at the airport, we would have had a difficult navigating the terminal change on our own. He took care of us and I really appreciate that.
