Super easy ride jay 515 was amazing. I was nervous. Wanted to make sure I was on a safe ride. Didn’t know where I was going riding by myself. JAY was fantastic. Walked me through on the phone where to meet him. It was great. I hope to get him when I leave Monday. Thank you so much for getting to my destination safely. I really appreciate everything. Great experience.

The service to the airport was excellent. Even though there was a small miscommunication with dispatch we arrived to the airport in time and the driver was fun and safe.

Experience completely positive. Driver, Juan Rodrigues, was excellent in very heavy traffic, and go me to the door of the hotel. On the return trip, the van arrived at the hotel exactly when requested, leaving ample time for security at the airport. The advantage of a shared van is that you get to see how and where other New Yorkers live as other passengers are dropped off. This is my second experience with Go Airlink, both very positive.

Great service. Safe, friendly and on time ride from Newark Airport to NY and back. Besides, I contacted the company to have an earlier lift on my return and Go Airlink arranged everything quickly and in a professional manner. They also call me on the phone to excuse and inform me when there was a slight delay due to heavy traffic in the NY streets. Both shuttle drivers were helpful, nice & pro. Highly recommended company.

While we were driving to LaGuardia airport, I got confused regarding the terminal. The driver stayed with us and made sure we got to the correct terminal. Since there is so much construction at the airport, we would have had a difficult navigating the terminal change on our own. He took care of us and I really appreciate that.
