I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my husband and I were upgraded to a private transfer to JFK because the shuttle I booked for was not available. The driver was prompt and polite.

Shuttle wasn’t available so they arranged to have a driver pick me up. Very responsive team that worked to assure I got to my flight on time. Driver was great, friendly and courteous.

I also love that someone was there to answer my calls when I had questions in regarding my arrive and department. So when I come back to NYC this services will be the one I use every time.

Occasionally a long wait for the ride but it’s due to New York traffic and not the company’s fault. They respond very quickly and even upgraded me to a private sedan when the shuttle was not available. I will continue using them.

I’ve used their shuttle service a number of times (one-way and round trips) and was happy every time. Professional, on time, patient, easy to book and follow-up if needed. Truly recommend.
