We booked through Costco Travel and My Sedan and it was a great way to get to our hotel and back to the airport on our recent trip to NYC. It was a relief to relax in their SUV and not have to navigate the streets, tunnels, and bridges. It was much more comfortable for our family of 4 in their Suburban/Escalade than a taxi or trying to figure out the subways to/from the airport. Sounni and Sam clearly know their way around New York and got us to our destination in good time. Both were also very friendly on the phone and gave clear directions on where to meet them. The text communication ahead of time was also great - we could confirm the trip and learned the driver’s name, vehicle license plate number, and could track their location. We will definitely use this service when we are back in NY!

Absolutely the best experience. Victor was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, lots of good information about navigating the city. He took time to take us to get pizza before taking us to our hotel. Our driver on our way to the airport was very polite and knew at 345am we weren't much for conversation, but answered our questions and got us there quickly. We will definitely use this service again when we return to NYC.

Great experience. My drivers to and from the airport arrived promptly to pick me up and contacted me directly to let me know where to meet them. The drivers arrived slightly ahead of the arranged pick-up time, so I never had to wait for my ride. Everyone I spoke with, including customer service and the drivers, was friendly, helpful, and professional.

I booked a shared ride to JFK on 2/19/25 for a 4:00am pick up. I was informed that a Lincoln Sedan will pick me up instead. It was a wonderful upgrade from a shared van. Mohammed was quiet and got me to JFK safely.

I was able to easily connect with the driver once we landed because of a text that was sent connecting us. He was super nice and informative. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and spacious. We were there during the snow storm so our return flight got changed multiple times. Customer service was very helpful and kind when I had to repeatedly change our pick-up time. Our ride back to the airport was smooth. We will definitely use them again!

We had a great experience using Go Airlink Shuttle to & from JFK International airport in NY. I went to the welcome desk at the airport. I asked if there were any hotel shuttles available. I was referred to Go Airlink. It was 69.00 for 2.people in a van shuttle. Driver was nice. He gave us some tips and was personable. For the return, we went online booked a pick up time and date. It was fairly simple. Driver was approx. 15 min., but he communicated his location and advised us due to traffic he was running a.little late. I appreciated the comminicationn from the driver. Also, I received a confirmation text that our driver was on his way and locarion. Driver was quiet and nonengaing. It was not a.big deal just an observation. Overall, we had a good experience. I would recommend and personally use them again.

Always a wonderful experience riding anywhere with AirLink ! The vehicles are luxurious and drivers are superb: courteous and always prompt!!!!!
