I have a foreign mobile phone number, and I liked it that Go Airlink reservation site accommodates foreign numbers. I signed up for a shared ride, but as it turned out I received a private car at no extra cost. That was nice!

On 2/Nov/23 I booked with Go Airlink a shared shuttle from LaGuadia to upper East Side for pick up on evening of 8/Nov/23.

I disembarked from my flight and headed for the waiting area as usual. It was there that I was greeted by a gentleman with a notice showing my name and escorted me to what I thought was my shared shuttle….. however it was a surprise and a delight to be greeted by a driver and his car and taken straight to my destination.

I found out later that apparently the company couldn’t supply a shared shuttle for the timing I requested and had arranged an upgrade for me with meet and greet and private car.

I have used this company each time I arrive and depart from NY and they have always supplied very personable, professional and friendly drivers and most importantly always on time.

I certainly would recommend the use of Go Airlink a great service at very competitive prices.

The lady was very good, although the phone kept disconnecting we eventfully got the reservation made.

I could not book online for a shuttle for my husband and daughter from JFK so I had to contact by phone. Very nice person from call center, resolved the problem with proffesionalism. The ride was perfect! Highly reccomand!

I had a training group of 35 people that needed to be shuttled from the airport to the hotel (and back). With a big group and needing multiple shuttles at different times, I was nervous since I haven’t had the best experience with prior- other shuttle services. My group had no problems and they made it to the hotel and airport on the scheduled time. Thank you!

It is my first time taking a Shuttle in NYC. I was pleasantly surprised. The driver was very friendly and polite and we arrived at our hotel within an hour in the crazy NYC traffic! I will book my next trip with you in November.

I recently visited US in July. As soon as I arrived at the JFK airport, I found a desk clerk waiting for me. 5 minutes and we were off to the final destination. Fantastic!!!

Initially had difficulty finding the car, my fault. Called and they were able to quickly assist over the phone and they kindly waited for me to get to pick up point. Clean, comfortable. Will use their service again.
