Worked out perfectly. Needed round-trip Newark airport into New York City. Drivers were on time, friendly and safe. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and use this shuttle service again.
I had some problems to do my reservatiion online. I contacted them via email.
Their personnel helped me to do my reservations. They called me and were in touch with me via email also. I travel from México to NY City.

I was recently vacationing in NYC and needed a ride to the airport, and booked a shared ride to Newark (from SOHO), for ~$35 USD. To my surprise, I was taken in a private SUV (~$90 USD) instead was not charged extra for the upgrade, and got to the airport with time to spare! This company under-promises, and over-delivers, unlike a lot of companies that nickel and dime their customers these days. I cannot recommend them enough.
I was skeptical at first due to bad reviews but the service was phenomenal. I’m always anxious how I’m going from point A to B especially if I’ haven’t been to a place but the company wiped away my worries. Andrea, the driver was on time and patiently waited for us. I thought that when you landed at the EWR airport, you’re close to the ground transportation. I didn’t know that another shuttle will take passengers to terminal itself at EWR. Driver waited patiently while my daughter and I were rushing to transfer to terminal and be at the welcome center as instructed for the meeting place. Such an outstanding service! will use this company again. The driver was Andrea. Great job!
Going FROM NYC to JFK was good! I’m glad I left a bit of extra time, because a shared ride means that there can be (and was) an additional pick up after mine, but the driver was good and we got to the airport in plenty of time. Very different from my experience from LGA to NYC.

Perfect and outstanding service. I live in Europe and booked Go Airlink from home. I was picked up at Newark upon arrival and also on departure, on time. Very friendly drivers. Thank you Sam and Charlie. I have recommend Go Airlink to my two friends, that are going to visit the US. They’ve already booked Go Airlink now. I will book again next year when I come back 100%. Pick-up and drop-off both arrival and departure was smooth. Though, there were a few minutes delay for both trips. will still give 5 star for convenience and safety.
