We took our first trip to NYC and used GO Airlink to take us from Newark to Mid Town Manhattan. The experience could not have been better. Our driver, Stephanie, was on time and incredibly friendly. She set the tone for our whole weekend. From minute one we felt like we were being driven to our hotel by family. She was able to give us tips on how to navigate Manhattan, good places to go and places to avoid. These insights were incredibly useful to us as first time visitors. After an amazing 3 days of Christmastime in New York, Stephanie was also our driver back to the airport. By the time we unloaded, we were actually sad to have to say goodbye. We were incredibly grateful that GO Airlink proved to be everything we hoped for in our transportation needs and we got the added bonus of meeting Stephanie, truly a great Ambassador for Go Airlink and New York City.
Amazing service! Cal was great assisting me. A very safe and trustworthy company to travel to JFK. I recommend it ⭐️

She has the BEST person we met here in NY: so fine, so kind, so everything. It’s been a great travel to the airport.

I could have been home by the time we left.
I booked a shuttle from JFK to Manhattan. My flight arrives early and when I met with the shuttle rep at the welcome center he told me no worries they’d get me out 30 minutes early.
Well talk about over promising and UNDER delivering.
They did not only NOT get me out early but they left 20 minutes late.
I seriously could have been home now if I took the train.
Great value and wonderful driver. Amit was a few minutes behind my pickup time but called to reassure me he was on his way. Amit was very professional and great driving skills!
Maria was our driver for our party of 8. She was absolutely fantastic. She was prompt and patient(when we had to make a stop to let my son run back to the hotel after he forgot his phone)! She’s was an excellent driver and told us exactly where we needed to go once we got to the airport. She was a delight to have conversation with and made our drive fun all while feeling safe. I would definitely recommend her!
This shuttle was excellent! The driver was the best part! Andrea was ahmazing and so incredibly nice and patient. The van was very very clean and it made easy for me to get from Manhattan to EWR. I wish I would have taken it from Ewr to manhattan but took subway which was mistake! I will def go on this shuttle in future and I hope all drivers are like Andrea!

Our driver, Maria, was wonderful. We were a group of 8. Was courteous, patient and provided an impromptu tour of the area on way to JFK. An excellent driver. Highly recommend.
Worked out perfectly. Needed round-trip Newark airport into New York City. Drivers were on time, friendly and safe. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and use this shuttle service again.
