Extremely high marks. They were exactly punctual, so pleasant, their cars were impeccable and the trip was a breeze. Made the beginning and the end of the journey so easy. We will definitely look for them again next time.

Great communication, easy to secure and confirm before travel. The cars were in terrific shape. We especially liked driver MBAREK. Would definitely recommend this service and use again!

Great experience. I came in from California to JFK so was a little confused on what to do. I called the customer service and they walked me through it. I did shared ride when I arrived which is a nice way to save money and see some of the city. The driver was very nice and came and found me in the welcome center. I took a private car back to the airport and the driver was right on time. The private car does cost more but no other stops so it’s great when you need to go to the airport. I’m very much an introvert so I appreciate the fact that the driver wasn’t talkative.

We booked a private ride from LGA to our hotel in Manhattan. Stan called promptly as we were fetching our luggage. He was helpful with directions on where to meet the van. He was prompt, friendly and answered a myriad of questions from the whole crew we were traveling with on the way into the city. He was an absolute gem and we were happy to have his services today.

I must admit , Go Airlink has really taken care of me both ways from and to JFK. I had a little problem initially with finding the driver at JFK but how there ground staff really took care and made sure about the excellent service is commendable.

I’m a very happy customer end of the day.

I would like to thank you for the service I received yesterday for order number 768830 from JFK to the Element Hotel. I especially want to acknowledge Mrs. Andrea, who was extremely cooperative and made sure that the service she provided was of the highest standard. Her professionalism was exceptional, and she never hesitated to share any information I asked about. She truly represents the company in a wonderful way. Our ride from JFK TO NY was really good, the return ride was terrible.

Our driver Coston was not friendly, didn’t help us with our luggage and drove terribly! I got carsick on the hour ride and I never get like that. He took a personal call on speaker and was rude to the caller. You could tell he hates his job that day. He arrived 30 miniatures prior to our pickup time and was irritated that we weren’t ready, as we were eating something after a 4 hour train ride and knew we wouldn’t have time before our flight. Just not a good experience.

The service is ok for the price, as your driver Sean stated – you get what you pay for. The main concern is the pick up location in midtown at The Row hotel on 44th St – very sketchy hotel and felt unsafe. I called 4 times to confirm pick up location and 4 times I got the same response including from dispatcher. However the driver (Sean) told me he was not going to the hotel on 44th st since he was at Port Authority on 8th Ave and 41st St . I had to run back to port authority to catch my ride and contend with the crowds and bikes. Nevermind I had already waited for one hour for my pick up. I understand traffic is brutal in NYC but had I been late, doubt they would’ve waited for me.

Please make a decision as to where the pick location should be for Port Authority and designate 41st and 8th – which is perfectly fine!
