Initially mildly concerned by some misplaced negative reviews my fears were soon allayed when it became obvious that Go Link is a shuttle bus service which is at the top of its game. The booking process is simple and faultless, the pickup, although running about 10minutes behind time was of minimal concern because a company representative phoned to advise of a slight delay, the driver, although a man of few words, was courteous, a safe driver and delivered us to the JFK airport in plenty of time to work our way through the baggage drop and customs process. The vehicle was clean and in good order and the transfer cost equal to or below any other mode of transfer available. What more can a customer expect?

William Escalante, vehicle 604, was my Airlink ride to Newark Airport. I was the first person in his vehicle at 11am. He did a great job, and was very courteous and considerate. I hope you will reward his high-quality service!

My daughter and I booked a roundtrip transportation fare. The driver was very helpful and gave historic details during the tour. On the return trip our driver was very courteous and made sure that he dropped us off first so that we didn’t miss our flight. I would highly recommend this airport transportation service. Thank you! Easy to book. Very comprehensive instructions and good service at the airport. Pick up time in Manhattan for return trip was on the spot (+/- 5 min). Good value for money if you are alone or with up to 3 people.

My previous feedback was a miscue – sent before rating and remarks. We do rate a 5! We were VERY pleased with the service we received. Our pick up driver at Newark kept in constant contact with us and was very timely, friendly and professional. Likewise our pickup driver for our return to Newark was timely and friendly and professional, even a few minutes early, and got us to Newark airport well before the guaranteed time. We found the rate and experience to be a great deal. We used the private shuttle for a group of 10 and all of us were extremely satisfied!

Great service. I had little hard time finding meet up (welcome center) in airport, but after that I had great time with drivers. Also, they accommodated my stop other than my hotel in which i couldn’t check in for 4 hours. Would highly recommend GO airlink!. Thank you

Greetings, all Go Air Link office & driving staff.

Jane L. Toleno here per my today’s trip with you from mid-town Manhattan to Newark, NJ’s Liberty International Airport.

Your driver, Tony, was thoughtful, & helpful. I happen to be totally blind. Thus, it is even more important that unknown folks clearly identify themselves before I will count on them for their service. He also told me how & where he would store my luggage without being asked. He verbally indicated when hand-hold straps were positioned so that I could readily, smoothly access his van without added assistance from him.

The professionalism I observed in Tony as he handled his van full of various clients throughout our trip is what will keep me relying upon Go Air Links in future.

Please let him know his careful driving & client care were noteworthy.

I had booked to JFK on Nov. 26. However, I got a call from Go Airlink through my hotel that will change to pick us at 5:20am since JFK highway is big accident. We really appreciate to the driver, he picked us in the early morning. It would was terrible if we had choiced usual taxi…. Off course I will choose Go Airlink if I visit NY next time!
