They always have great communication and do really make sure you make it to the airport on time. I’ve used their service a half dozen times and every driver has been very polite and the SUVs are super clean. Every time I call, someone picks up the phone. This is a great company

Several shortcuts through Queens/Astoria to miss the 4pm traffic with fun stories and a bit of history along the way

This service was booked as part of my package thru Costco Travel and made our first trip to NYC very enjoyable. Communication was often and clear. Upon arrival at the airport, we were met with a greeter who took us to our driver and were dropped off at our Times Square hotel. Upon leaving, driver picked us up at the agreed upon time and location. Both rides were smooth, drivers were courteous. Having this service removed any anxiety over arranging our own transport in NYC. Would highly recommend.

This was a great experience when arrive at JFK Airport! The driver was prompt for pickup, the car was clean on the inside and I arrived to my destination safely without any issues.

Overall i had a positive 3xperience. My return trip to the airport was about 20 minutes late. They did call and it caused no issues with my flight.

Why was ai not aware of this. Been renting a car to go to n from NYC to EWR.

Maria was amazing. Pick up was ez and shuttle was very luxurious

On the way to the airport I had just as good of an experience with Mohammed
