We cannot recommend this company enough!!! Not only was Stephanie standing at baggage claim with a sign waiting for us, her extraordinary welcoming personality was wonderful❤️She was friendly, informative & professional all at once! I was really scared with this service having read the reviews after I booked, however, things could not have gone smoother. I booked a private van for our family of 6. Communication was good when we landed even though we had a slight delay and the driver was in the waiting area. Pickup to the airport was a breeze as well and the driver was even early to get us at our hotel even with a 4am pick up. Based on the recommendations of past reviews I contacted the company several hours before my pickup to confirm just to be careful. Overall this was a good experience for the price.

Excellent experience. Booked online for pickup from Cape Liberty Cruise Terminal at the end of a cruise for transfer to JFK.Had issues with my booking (did a shared shuttle which they don’t do from the cruise terminal), but they switched it to a sedan for me and even emailed back and forth when they knew I had no cell service.Driver was on time despite all the cruise traffic (sorry you had to sit in all that traffic!!) and he texted to let me know where to meet him and was very kind to point out all the cool landmarks along the way to the airport. Car was immaculately clean. Driver was professional and safe.

Read the reviews after purchasing and was expecting the worse. Turns out I had 0 issues at all which I'm sure plenty of other people have experienced but maybe just haven't left a review. Prompt pick up and drop off, polite drivers can't ask for more really.

Vindo aqui deixar minha experiência positiva porque as avaliações negativas quase me fizeram desistir. Mas usei o serviço em Maio desse ano e funcionou super bem! Assim que tive sinal vi que o motorista já tinha entrando em contato comigo por email, SMS e whatsapp. Segui as instruções, ele indicou um lugar para que eu aguardasse e rapidamente saímos. O motorista foi super educado. O shuttle era confortável, a direção foi segura e ele me deixou no meu hotel.

Recently my husband and I used Go Airlink services from Newark Airport to Manhatten. On arrival our driver gave us clear directions where to meet him and was there for us even though our flight had been delayed. On our return trip we were met at our hotel and again was well informed by the driver on his arrival time. As first time users of this service we were very pleased by the ease of contact and the efficiency of the drivers. We will definitely use Go Air link again and recommend others to as well.

Once we found our black sedan amoung all the other black sedans that were at the airport all went well. Made it to our hotel with the driver giving us a little bit of tour on the way. We even had the same driver back to the airport after our vacation. Defently would use the service again.

I had a wonderful experience with this Company for my trip from La Guardia to Manhattan. On arriving at the Welcome Centre, I called their number, my driver Bebo was waiting in the parking garage and found me in a couple of minutes. He let my friend know I was safe with him and around 25 minutes later, I was dropped at my friend’s house. I can’t recommend this Company highly enough. All in all, a wonderful and enjoyable shuttle ride😊

I had an excellent experience with GO airline from Manhattan to LaGuardia last week. The booking process was quick and easy. I booked a ride on the GO AIRLINK Shuttle but they upgraded me to a private ride to the airport at no extra charge. I had a wonderful driver named Nasritdinov. From start to finish it was a great experience..
