Used this shuttle service for first time yesterday. I was not disappointed!! Great price, promptness, easy transfer! Driver Ferriera, van 1422 was so polite and courteous. Met Richie, another member of Airlink team on ride, who was same. This will be my ride to Grand Central when I visit New York to CT!!

Shout out, first of all, to amazing call centre representatives and dispathers, who were so kind and more than happy to assist both in making reservations and amendments. In cases when the amendments could not cover the vehicle types that I booked, the alternative ones were in higher classes than the originals. The drivers were extremely helpful gentlemen with such a warm and friendly attitude, who were ready to answer all questions and concerns from all passengers whom I shared rides with. Like we say in my country, my recommendation is as big as house!

Airlink was on time both my drivers Alaa and Ahmed were kind, and very hospitable. The one thing that was upsetting was the wait going back to the airport. The dispatcher should not have a 45 minute gap. I had to wait for the next pick up and she was not happy. I get it she had a 9:45 am pick up, I had a 9:00 am pick up. The hotels were not even 5min away from each other. So, not good scheduling if you have a plane to catch. My driver Ahmed apologized a few times. It was not his fault. All and all it was a good experience and I will use there services again.

At the airport Welcome Center, it was nearly 3 minutes before someone picked up the courtesy phone. But from then on, things went smoothly and quickly.

The driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and I enjoyed our conversation.

Probably an advantage of these services over a taxi is that there is no profit motive for a driver to take a longer route nor more time than needed.
