We had a great experience with MySedan. Drivers to and from JFK were punctual, courteous, and friendly. We would use this car service again.

Our driver communicated with us the entire time. It took a while for our hotel’s elevator to come to our floor and take us to the lobby. By the time we got outside, our driver had picked up another party. But the party confirmed it was their reservation. When the mix up was discovered, our driver promptly returned to the hotel to pick us up.

This was a great experience when arrive at JFK Airport! The driver was prompt for pickup, the car was clean on the inside and I arrived to my destination safely without any issues.

Overall i had a positive 3xperience. My return trip to the airport was about 20 minutes late. They did call and it caused no issues with my flight.

Why was ai not aware of this. Been renting a car to go to n from NYC to EWR.
