SuperShuttle couldn’t fit me in its schedule so it sent me a sedan. That would cost more, but the company wanted to accommodate me. Once I arrived at JFK, I used the welcome center phone to let them know I was there. They asked me about my location and told me where I should be waiting for the driver. The traffic in the city was horrible, but the driver was professional, patient, and courteous. Out of a long flight (over 10 hours), I was happy to ride in a sedan instead of a shared shuttle.

I made a reservation with Super Shuttle, but suddenly GO Airlink showed up, and I was told at the airport that it was a gray HONDA car, but instead of an upgraded minivan, I was asked to wait at number 6, but the car was a Toyota. It was different from the car I was told about, so I felt it was very dangerous. The driver said my name, so I trusted him and got in the car and headed to the hotel. It was the beginning of an exciting trip that was half joyful and half dangerous.

I found Airlink easy to contact and quick to accommodate my requests. They were unable to provide a shuttle for my pickup time but generously upgraded me to a private sedan at no additional cost to me.

the services and the indications where i can pick up it was good.. ithink they have to use a sign or reference that there is the shuttle services booked.. But for other reasons it was ok with the service and profesionalism of the driver and contact center.

My booking from Newark to The City (Manhattan) was a bit worrying as I had trouble getting through on the free phone at the welcome centre at the airport, but once I eventually made contact I was told to wait outside the airport (for about 10 minutes) I was wondering if anyone would actually turn up as they had a problem with the shuttle bus so they sent a private car as a replacement . it was a very cold, wet, dark evening – but they did eventually arrive and I was very happy to see them they dropped me at my hotel in good time. I used them again on a return journey from my hotel to JFK airport, they were there on time and we got to the airport in plenty of time even on a Friday afternoon through rush hour traffic – YES I WOULD USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN

They service was great they was courteous they provided me with transportation better than the transportation I asked for they accommodated me with better service with no extra charge I would recommend them to my family and friends and the driver was helpful and polite and they was on time

We’ve been asked to leave a review, because we had a ride with airlink. So we actually have had two rides. One shared ride from the airport to the hotel and the second back to the airport a few days later.

The first ride was really bad. Until we have been collected, we waited more than an hour standing at the welcome center of JFK Airport. The ride took very long, because everyone who has been collected after we have been collected, got their drop off before it was us the leave the car. We were the last ones.

The second ride unfortunately wasn‘t great, too.

Instead of that normal bigger type of mini-bus, we have been collected by a Sedan. Now we were told afterwards, that this was supposed to be an upgrade, because the other one failed.

We did not think that this ride was an upgrade.

Yes, the car looked nicer. The driver was extremely friendly and nice but the car was way to small for 6 adults plus lots of luggage.

I sat in the second row squeezed in the middle and it was really uncomfortable.

And knowing the NY traffic, the pickup time airlink offered us, was way to late. We reached the airport so short in time, that after checking in and security control only minutes have been left until we had to bord.

So the result of these experiences will be that we won‘t no longer choose Airlink or SuperShuttle and would rather use Uber next time.
